Private pilot
Run your cleaning business without the spreadsheet chaos
Scheduling, an on-site checklist your crew fills out, and a branded report and invoice that build themselves the moment a job's done - one place for a cleaning company to run the work, instead of a folder of spreadsheets and text threads. We're working directly with a small group of cleaning companies before opening things up more broadly.
What it does
- Scheduling built for how cleaning actually gets booked - recurring visits for regular homeowners, one-off jobs, and short-term-rental turnovers synced straight from Airbnb or VRBO's own calendar feed. Drag across a calendar to set each cleaner's own arrival and departure - two people on the same job can come and go at different times, and a double-booked cleaner is flagged before you save, not after someone's standing at the wrong house.
- Never send a job out short-handed - every job on the schedule shows a plain flag the moment its crew doesn't match what the checklist actually calls for, so a staffing gap gets caught while you can still fix it, not after a customer notices.
- A mobile workflow crews actually want to use - a tri-state checklist (done, not needed this visit, not yet addressed - never just a checkbox), cloned from a template you write once and customize per property, with photos and notes saved per room and clock in/out per cleaner, automatically.
- The report and invoice, done the moment the job is - branded, itemized, easy for a customer to open and read, assembled straight from the checklist a cleaner just finished. Invoicing tracks Draft, Sent, Paid, and Overdue, and you record offline payments - cash, check, Venmo - the moment they come in.
- A portal your customers already have access to - homeowners and property managers log in and see what's scheduled, what's done, and their own invoices without a phone call to your office. Garage, lockbox, and alarm codes are encrypted and visible only to the cleaner actually assigned to that job - never in a text thread.
Everything a cleaning company actually needs to run

A cleaner flags a problem with a photo, right from the job - visible to you and, if you choose, the customer.

Branded everywhere
Your logo and colors on the portal, the reports, and the invoices - not TurnAndTidy's.
